Purpose

To Improve the User Experience for Federal Childcare Subsidy Programs

First Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by multiple government agencies to manage and administer their Child Care Subsidy Program (CCSP). We were tasked with improving the user experience for the parents and child care providers utilizing FFA's child care administration services. This project is currently still in development.
